UNI & Wartburg Campus Chapters back to school, back to building Campus chapaters at UNI and Wartburg have started the new year strong with recruitment meetings to grow their campus chapters.  Kelsey & Colby (above) from UNI spoke to over 50 students last week about being a part of Habitat for Humanity.  UNI & Wartburg students build once a month throughout the school year.  Stay tuned for build day pics. Building Beyond 100 For the last 22 years, Iowa Heartland Habitat for Humanity has built or renovated more than 100 homes and helped families achieve the dream of home ownership.  With our momentum of building and renovating, we hope to complete 100 more homes in half that time.  We recognize our community of individuals, churches, corporations and foundations who have giventheir time and resources to where we are today. United States Air Force volunteers for 2 days Iowa USAF Recruiters & Airmen from Waterloo, Ottumwa, and Des Moines came to to help tear off shingles last week.  Check out the story from KWWL here.
